Bolstering our impressive flat plate processing capabilities, Powermotion have invested in a state of the art CNC press braking facility.
The Durma AD-S 30 175 CNC Synchro Pressbrake is capable of pressing parts up to and including 3050mm in length.
The machine comes complete with the following attributes:
Numerical control Cybelec ModEva 10S control unit with offline programming software.
Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1 and Z2 (6-axis traverse)
Sick C4000 guarding
Quick Set Sheet Support
Quickset support arms are mounted on a linear guide way and ball bearing system that allows "finger tip" lateral and vertical adjustment of the front support arms.
CNC cotrolled motorised crowning
With our table crowning device, the need for shimming is eliminated. Upon entry of the normal part programming data, the proper setting is automatically calculated while also allowing for manually adjustment. This is done incrementally throughout each step of the program to ensue complete angular accuracy throughout the part length.
Top and bottom tooling
Our comprehensive tooling inventory is supplemented by our unique ability to provide a
design-and-make service for non-standard tooling. Such is the accuracy of our laser cutting, we can actually cut
a string of press tool profiles that, when assembled in series, form a "laminated" press tool.
